Who we are
4501 is a clothing brand run by Laurence as a sole trader in the UK. Email: hello@4501.co.uk. Business address: sent on request until the shop opens.
Ordering
When you pay, you'll get an email receipt. That's our acceptance of your order and our contract with you. If we can't fulfil an order (for example a size sells out at the same moment), we'll tell you and refund you in full straight away.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds (£). Delivery is added at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Member numbers and early access
Member numbers are free. Early access and Vault reservations are first come, first served and limited to one per member. A reservation is a request, not a sale; we'll email to confirm before you pay.
Delivery, cancelling and returns
See Shipping & returns. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected.
Our designs
The 4501 name, logo and designs belong to 4501. Please don't copy them for commercial use.
