Shipping
We ship to UK addresses. Postage options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are packed and sent within 5 working days, tracked, and you'll get an email when your order is on its way.
Drops are made in small runs, so some orders may be made after the drop closes. If that applies, it will say so on the product before you buy, along with when it ships.
Changed your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@4501.co.uk with your order number to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you got them.
You pay the cost of sending it back. We'll refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof you've sent it), to the same card you paid with.
Faulty or wrong item
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo within 30 days and we'll refund, replace or repair it, and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Vault and limited pieces
Limited pieces (like Vault items) have the same 14-day return rights as everything else. Once returned they may go back on sale.
