Privacy

This page explains what 4501 does with your details when you sign up at 4501.co.uk. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

Your name or handle, your email address, the member number we give you, when you signed up, and any Vault piece you reserve. If you buy something: your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. To stop spam, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a few minutes.

Why

To give you a member number, hold any piece you reserve, email you about 4501 drops, and deliver anything you buy. You agreed to drop emails by ticking the box when you signed up; order details are needed to fulfil your order. We don't sell your details. We only share them with the services that run the shop: Cloudflare (website and database), Stripe (payments) and the courier delivering your order.

Where it's kept

In our database on Cloudflare, and payment records with Stripe. We keep member details until you ask us to delete them or we stop running the members list. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax (usually 6 years in the UK).

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time, and you can unsubscribe from emails whenever you like. Email hello@4501.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Who we are

4501 is run by Laurence, based in the UK.
